Inter have confirmed that midfielder, Roberto Gagliardini, has suffered a hamstring injury during the 4-0 victory over Cagliari, on Tuesday.
โThe tests revelead damage to the playerโsย semimembranosus muscleย in his right hamstring,โ a statement on the clubโs official website read.
No return date was provided, but the club said: โHis condition will continue to be evaluated week by week.โ
The incident occurred in the 37th minute, when Gagliardini stretched for the ball. He had to be stretchered off, and was replaced by Borja Valero.
