Genoa CFC have signed Andrea Favilli on loan with the option to buy while Juventus will retain a buy-back option.
The loan deal will cost €5 million for this upcoming season while Genoa will have an option to buy Favilli for an additional €7 million.
Juventus would then be able to sign back the 21-year-old striker.
Favilli spent the last two seasons at Serie B club Ascoli.
