The race for Udinese goalkeeper Alex Meret is accelerating.
Fiorentinaย submitted an offerย consisting of a โฌ2 million loan plus obligation to buy for โฌ18 million, according to Gianluca Di Marzio.
Meret has given his ok to join La Viola but Udinese are currently asking for โฌ35 million. Fiorentina would not be able to pay this amount for the 21-year-old.
Meanwhile, Roma and Napoli watch tentatively. Meret could be a potential replacement if Alisson joins Real Madrid and the Italian is currently Napoliโs alternative to Alphonse Areola.
