Spanish champions Barcelona have targeted the Vignato brothers at Chievo Verona, according to Gianluca Di Marzio.
18-year-old Emanuel has already made 10 appearances for Chievo in Serie A, scoring one goal and one assist.
His younger bother Samuel is just 15-years-old and plays on the Primavera squad.
Chievo are asking €8 million for both brothers but Barça believe that price is too high.
The clubs will hold further talks in the future to try and agree upon a deal.
