The future of Inter’s star striker, Mauro Icardi, is unclear at the moment.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, the Argentine wants to stay at the club and prove himself while Inter are sending signals that the 26-year-old is not a part of Antonio Conte’s plans for next season.
Icardi is even unwilling to listen to potential offers from Napoli or Roma but would consider the possibility of joining Juventus. Nonetheless, Icardi’s plan is to prove his desire to remain at Inter by joining his teammates at the pre-season retreat.
Inter have signaled that Icardi’s future is not at the club as they plan to buy two strikers this summer, one being Edin Dzeko.
Icardi’s agent and wife, Wanda Nara, is expected to meet with Inter’s management shortly to sort this out.
The drama between Icardi and Inter continues.
