Having played a key role as Italy smashed Armenia 9-1, Chelsea midfielder Jorginho said that the Azzurri felt a duty to keep pushing forward and deliver the best possible performance for their supporters.
“Maybe there is a little bit of Brazil in this Italy!” he told RAI Sport. “We have an attacking approach, positive, we could’ve held back, but even with respect for our opponents, we wanted to keep enjoying our football and entertaining the crowd who came to the stadium to see us.”
