Lazio announce the signature of Manuel Lazzari from SPAL in a permanent deal.
The 25-year-old right-back spent five seasons with SPAL, moving from Lega Pro to Serie A with the club.
Lazzari had eight assists last season, the most by a defender in Serie A.
