Serie B side Venezia FC officially announce that Walter Zenga has been relieved of his managerial duties and Serse Cosmi has been named the new head coach.
Zenga was hired mid-season back in October but did not find much success. The Venetian club currently sit in 15th place on 26 points in the midst of a relegation battle.
Cosmi has bounced around lower Serie A and Serie B clubs throughout his managerial career and will be tasked to save Venezia from dropping to the third division.
