The club are ready to hire Frederic Massara as the new sporting director and is expected to sign his contract tomorrow.
Marco Giampaolo is expected to become the new head coach and there will be a meeting at the end of the week to define an agreement.
Maldini met with Giuseppe Riso earlier today, the agent of Stefano Sensi and Gianluca Mancini but will wait to hear from Giampaolo before pursuing those targets further.
The Rossoneri are also looking at Liverpool’s Dejan Lovren for the defense.
