Gianluca di Marzio reports that last night AS Roma reached an agreement with FC Barcelona to sign 21-year-old attacking prospect Carles Perez.
The deal struck is a loan with obligation to buy, at a total cost to the Italian side of around €13m.
Now, Roma must agree personal terms with the player, whose agent is Arturo Canales.
