Gianluca Di Marzio reports this afternoon that Atalanta have all but completed the signing of Cristiano Piccini from Valencia. The 27-year-old Italian right-back looks set to become the replacement for Timothy Castagne, who has left La Dea to join Premier League side Leicester City.
The former Fiorentina man will sign on an initial loan deal, with a permanent options included at the end of the spell.
