Gazzetta dello Sport report this afternoon that Uruguayan defender Diego Godín is set to join Cagliari, as he nears an exit from Inter.
The centre-back has been left out of Antonio Conte’s plans for the coming season and is close to joining the Sardinians as well as compatriots Oliva, Nández and Pereiro.
His sale will reportedly free up a spot in the Nerazzuri squad, which will seemingly be taken by the imminent signing of Matteo Darmian from Parma.
