Speaking to Sky Sport Italia, Napoli Director of Sport Cristiano Giuntoli spoke about the club’s targets in the upcoming transfer window, especially with regard to Lille striker Osimhen’s potential arrival and Arkadiusz Milik’s possible departure.
“For the Lille striker there are no negotiations right now. He is an interesting prospect but we don’t have an agreement with him or the club.”
“This doesn’t mean that Milik will leave, we are simply keeping tabs on an interesting player. I haven’t seen an interest from Juventus in him, but I would understand it if there was – Arek is a very good player. He hasn’t renewed and naturally he has interest from top clubs, I’m not surprised that he has suitors. Right now he is closer to leaving than he is to signing on.”
