Roma announce Marash Kumbulla signing from Hellas on 2-year loan deal

Roma have announced today the arrival of centre-back Marash Kumbulla on a two-year loan deal with an obligation to buy, arriving from Hellas Verona.

The transfer for the Albanian international sees two youth players – Matteo Cancellieri and Aboudramane Diaby –  as well as Turkish defender Mert Çetin go the other way, on two-year loan spells as well.

Kumbulla has signed a five-year contract, while the overall cost, with all of the aspects of the transfer taken into account, will see Roma shell out €13.5m.
