Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri wants Cristiano Ronaldo to play a new role at the Bianconeri amidst talk of the player wanting to leave the club.
Correire della Sera claim that the new role pertains to the fact that Ronaldo will not be undisputed star of the team anymore but he’ll be a protagonist in a completely different style. He won’t be playing every game at the age of 36 and Allegri expects Ronaldo to manage himself and prioritise when to play and when not to play.
Ronaldo, regardless, has told his teammates that he’s looking to leave. But options like Manchester United, Tottenham and Manchester City have not even entered talks for him.Â
Jorge Mendes has knocked on several doors but he’s ended up facing failure, as even Kylian Mbappe now looks unlikely to leave Paris Saint-Germain.
