Bologna sporting director Walter Sabatini has talked about the situation of Tottenham target Takehiro Tomiyasu, stating that the club is yet to receive any important offers for the Japanese.
Sabatini was chatting with La Gazzetta dello Sport and he was also asked about the situation of Tomiyasu, following Bologna’s loss to Ternana in the Coppa Italia.
He claimed: “We need a very important offer [for Tomiyasu], which hasn’t arrived yet. For now, he is our player but we will see what happens in the next ten days.”
It was reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport yesterday that Spurs are ‘very close’ to signing Tomiyasu and they’ve contacted Cagliari for Nahitan Nandez.
