Chelsea’s Tammy Abraham opens to Roma move

Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham has now opened up to a potential move to Roma after recent talks.

This comes from Corriere dello Sport, who claim that optimism is now filtering out of the meetings involving Tiago Pinto and the agents of the Englishman. This morning, Pinto had another meeting to convince Abraham’s agents and the meeting has proved to be key because the striker is slowly opening up to a move to the Stadio Olimpico.

In recent hours, the player’s perspective about a move to Roma has been changing. The way Roma have tried to convince him has played a role in how Abraham’s perception is changing. Apart from Pinto’s voyage to London, even Jose Mourinho personally contacted the player.

Roma are now much more confident of signing the player but they remain cautious of an approach from Arsenal.
