Inter have now responded to the rumours surrounding Tottenham Hotspur’s potential move to sign Lautaro Martinez in a report which came from The Times in England.
La Gazzetta dello Sport have released a report which carries Inter’s response to the news surrounding the Argentine and the club state: “The outgoings’ market is closed.”
The Nerrazzuri have not given consent regarding any potential move for Martinez, making their stance crystal clear on the issue. Romelu Lukaku is expected to rejoin Chelsea and Inter are not willing to make any more major sales.
The report does state that it is no coincidence that Fabio Paratici is looking to sign Martinez, especially considering that Inter could yet move for Spurs target Dusan Vlahovic and the fact that Harry Kane could yet end up at Manchester City.
