Juventus’ Cherubini questioned today in capital gains case

Juventus sporting director Federico Cherubini has been questioned today in the capital gains case.

This comes from Ansa, who claim that while the club’s offices were searched and raided yesterday. But Cherubini talked to the authorities and was questioned about the irregularity in the finances of the club.

Cherubini had replaced Fabio Paratici before he had left for Tottenham in the summer and even the new Spurs sporting director is one of the suspects, along with Pavel Nedved and Andrea Agnelli. It is said that phones were wiretapped and Agnelli knew about the false accounting and false invoicing all along.
