Juventus ponder 3-5-2 shape ahead of Inter clash

Juventus are pondering a shape change to a 3-5-2 ahead of their Serie A game against Inter on Sunday.

Nicola Balice has reported that Juventus are used the 3-5-2 shape in training at the Continassa and this could lead to the Bianconeri matching Simone Inzaghi’s 3-5-2 shape on Sunday.

While a final decision will be made on Sunday itself, Danilo could play at right centre-back alongside Giorgio Chiellini and Leonardo Bonuccin instead of Matthijs de Ligt.

There are clear ideas about how they will set up tactically, but there is no certainty about who will start. Juan Cuadrado and Alex Sandro are expected to start at wing-back, but it isn’t certain as to who will start alongside Alvaro Morata upfront.

In possession, the Old Lady are expected to be in a 3-5-2 but they could be a 4-4-2 out of possession.
