Milan look to double Pioli wage in new deal

Milan are looking to double Stefano Pioli’s wages in their attempts to hand him a new deal at the San Siro.

Daniele Longo has reported that negotiations for Pioli’s new deal are progressing and recent contacts have made sure that the basis of an understanding has been reached. Only a few details now need to be defined.

Milan are looking to take advantage of the international break to hand Pioli the new deal and his wage could rise from €2 million per season to €4 million per season. The last steps are the only thing missing and once the approval arrives, Pioli will be called to the club’s headquarters to sign the deal.
