Milan are looking to double Stefano Pioliโs wages in their attempts to hand him a new deal at the San Siro.
Daniele Longo has reported that negotiations for Pioliโs new deal are progressing and recent contacts have made sure that the basis of an understanding has been reached. Only a few details now need to be defined.
Milan are looking to take advantage of the international break to hand Pioli the new deal and his wage could rise from โฌ2 million per season to โฌ4 million per season. The last steps are the only thing missing and once the approval arrives, Pioli will be called to the clubโs headquarters to sign the deal.
