The agent of Milan midfielder Franck Kessie has played down claims about him offering the Ivorian to Inter.
Kessie’s current deal runs out next summer and the Rossoneri are yet to meet the wage demands for the midfielder. The likes of Tottenham, Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain have been linked with the player.
Recent reports had stated that George Atangana had offered the player to Inter but the agent spoke to Calciomercato and stated: “A footballer of Franck’s caliber does not need to be proposed to anyone. And in any case, I have never talked to Inter.”
He was also asked about the speculation surrounding Kessie’s contract and responded: “We are at the eighth game week of the championship and there is all this media confusion regarding the renewal of Kessié with Milan.
“I don’t seem to see the same approach towards negotiations similar to this one: there are players due at Inter, Marseille, Napoli, Moenchengladbach, Juventus and other clubs, but they are not talking about them with the same energy.”
