Juventus vice president Pavel Nedved has clarified the clubโs stance on the future of Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo.
Before Juveโs friendly against Monza recently, Nedved to talking to Italia 1 and he spoke about Ronaldo and his situation.
He claimed:ย โRonaldo is one of our players, he has a one-year contract, we are very very happy to have him with us because every year he has guaranteed us goals. Of course, we bet on him.โ
The ex-Bianconeri man also provided some updates about the clubโs chase of Manuel Locatelli. He believes the Old Lady have made an offer which should be enough during the pandemic and Juve believe that the offer is fair.
Ronaldo wasnโt part of the Juve squad which took on Monza. There had been suggestions that the Portuguese told Massimiliano Allegri that wasnโt feeling fit enough for the game and there was nothing more to his absence.
