Nicolo Zaniolo unhappy with Roma role under Mourinho

Roma star Nicolo Zaniolo is said to be unhappy with his role at the club under manager Jose Mourinho.

Corriere dello Sport have stated that Zaniolo and Mourinho had an argument this past Monday and the Italian is said to be unhappy with his current role.

While an argument did happen, the relationship hasn’t worsened and Zaniolo commitment to the cause has remained the same. Zaniolo did play in his wide role when the 4-2-3-1 formation was being used but Mourinho’s switch to a back three means that the Italian has lost his starting spot as Lorenzo Pellegrini is the starter in the 3-4-1-2 role.
