Roma and Arsenal are now said to be in the final stretch for talks regarding the loan move of Ainsley Maitland-Niles.
Il Messaggero claim that Maitland-Niles is waiting for Tiago Pinto to return to London and put a final stamp on the deal. The player has given his approval to the move and Arsenal are happy with the formula of a loan move with the option to buy.
The hold up is being caused by the fact that there is no agreement on the option to buy and how much money Roma will have to pay for that. Arsenal are willing to drop their valuation from €17 million to €15 million but Roma are not going above €10 million.
