Roma boss Jose Mourinho has spoken out about the club’s 6-1 loss to Bodo/Glimt in the UEFA Conference League.
Mourinho recorded the biggest losing margin in his career on Thursday, as the Giallorossi lost 6-1 in Norway. It was also the second-worst European loss in the club’s history, as Carles Perez was the only one to score.
After the game, Mourinho spoke to the press and stated: “Bodo/Glimt has more quality than us, at least tonight it was like that. The starters of our opponents have more quality than the team I sent on the field today from the first minute.”
This was Roma’s second consecutive loss in all competitions, as they had lost 1-0 to Juventus at the weekend. It was their first loss in the UEFA Conference League so far.
