Tottenham are now close to appointing Antonio Conte as their new manager after Nuno Santo’s sacking by the club.
Sky Italia have stated that now that Spurs have made their parting with Nuno official, the club is close to reaching an agreement to have Conte as their manager. Final details are yet to be ascertained but the deal is said to be edging closer.
Conte was said to have been interested in being Manchester United manager, but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s United beat Spurs 3-0 to bring about Nuno’s exit from the Lilywhites.
