Watford’s Claudio Ranieri on Inter-Liverpool clash: “Limit mistakes.”

Watford boss Claudio Ranieri has commented on Inter’s upcoming Champions League clash against Liverpool.

Ranieri spoke to La Gazzetta dello Sport recently and the draw involving the two teams was a key talking about. The Italian spoke about how the Nerazzurri can overcome the Reds next year.

He stated: “First thing: to face the two matches with determination and without inferiority complexes. Football is a sport in which there is never anything to be taken for granted.

“Second: limit mistakes. In the Champions League, mistakes are fatal, especially against the big teams. Third: use intelligence. You have to know how to interpret the match. On the pitch there are moments in which you feel the feelings, positive and negative. So listen carefully to what the match tells you and act accordingly “.

In the interview, Ranieri praised Andy Robertson, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Mohamed Salah, while also showering Jurgen Klopp with praise.
