Fikayo Tomori in advanced talks to sign new Milan contract

Milan are now in advanced talks to tie down Fikayo Tomori to a new long-term deal at the club.

Tomori has impressed for the Rossoneri since he joined the club from Chelsea and he played a key role in the club’s Scudetto win last season. He initially joined on loan in the winter of 2021.

Gianluca di Marzio has now reported that Tomori wants to renew his deal with Milan, who in turn want to hand the player the new contract. The Rossoneri began talks last May to extend the agreement with the English central defender. Optimism is growing now that an agreement will be found.

The deal can potentially be finalised in the next few weeks and while the contract hasn’t been fully done yet, but there is confidence that it will be done. The defender will sign a deal till the summer of 2027, with his current deal expiring in the summer of 2025.
