Armenian midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan is current undergoing a medical ahead of a move to Inter.
While Mkhitaryan, at one point, seemed set to sign a new deal with Roma, he later agreed terms with Inter on a short-term deal which will take him to the former Italian champions on a free transfer. The move is now set to go through. Tottenham and Aston Villa were also linked with the player in the past.
Alfredo Pedulla has reported that ahead of the confirmation of the transfer, Mkhitaryan is undergoing a medical at Rozzano. It is only the first part of the medical and the second part of it will take place at CONI later. He will then sign a contract with the Nerazzurri and it is after the processes that the move will be announced.
Mkhitaryan had joined Roma on a free transfer after his contract at Arsenal had expired and he had spent an initial loan deal at the Giallorossi. He is now set to join Inter for free.
