Torino are closing in on losing one of their star defenders in Gleison Bremer this summer, with Inter emerging as a potential destination for the Brazilian.
According to journalist Gianluigi Longari, Inter have been in the pole position to sign Bremer for a long time. But they have not managed to get the deal over the line yet, owing to notable differences in the player’s valuation.
The report claims that negotiations have entered a crucial phase, with the defender having already reached a personal agreement with the Nerazzurri. They should now find the requisite consensus with the selling club.
Bremer extended his contact at Torino in February 2022. While penning the renewal, the defender was promised that he would only be sold in the summer at a price of around €30million, which has not arrived on the table of the Turin-based club yet.
Inter have also shown interest in signing Raoul Bellanova from Cagliari this summer. On the other hand, Tottenham Hotspur have intensified their efforts to lure Alessandro Bastoni away from Italy.
