Inter’s talks for Romelu Lukaku with Chelsea have now begun, as they have also reached an agreement with Empoli for Kristjan Asllani.
The Nerazzurri had been talking to Empoli about a deal for Asllani, with Gianluca di Marzio now reporting that a fee with Empoli has now been agreed. They will pay 14 million to the Serie A side and they will also loan out a player to the Azzurri this summer.
Having said that, talks between Inter and Chelsea are now on for a loan deal involving Lukaku. The will of both parties is to reach the finishing line and an agreement could even be expected soon enough, with the Blues open to sending the player out on a loan deal. There is work to be done for the loan deal and the exact amount is yet to be ascertained, but the most latest meeting was said to be a positive one.
