Inter remove Milan Skriniar from the transfer market

Inter have reportedly removed defender Milan Skriniar from the transfer market after rejecting an official bid from French giants Paris-Saint-Germain.

According to a recent report from Gianluca di Marzio, Nerazzurri president Steven Zhang has communicated to Skriniar’s entourage that the club has no interest in selling their star defender instead Inter are exploring options to renew the Slovakian’s contract which is due to end in 2023.

Manager Simeone Inzaghi sees the 27-year-old rock-solid defender as a crucial part of the team and will play an influencial role in his plans for the 2022/23 season.

Paris-Saint-Germain’s offer could not match Inter’s asking price for the player and after discussions among the club, it has been decided that Skriniar will be a part of the Inter team for years to come.

The player has always been keen to continue at the San Siro and his wish is set to be completed with Zhang’s commitment to Skriniar.
