Inter striker Lautaro Martinez prefers a move to Barcelona over a potential switch to Atletico Madrid.
Corriere della Sera have reported today that while Martinez wants to stay at Inter, the club’s financial demands could see him leave the club. If a potential suitor is offering enough money to Inter, Martinez would have to pack his bags and leave for the sake of Inter’s financial situation.
Inter could be forced to sell the player if an offer of around €70 million arrives. If the 24-year-old really has to leave, he would prefer Barca over Atleti, despite Gianluca di Marzio reporting that the Madrid-club could be the favourites to land the Argentine in the summer.
It is stated that no clubs from the Premier League have come forward for ther striker, despite interest. And the striker’s lifestyle is said to be more ‘British’ than ‘Spanish’.
