Juventus veteran Giorgio Chiellini reaches agreement with MLS side Los Angeles FC

Juventus veteran Giorgio Chiellini has now reached an agreement with MLS side Los Angeles FC.

Gianluca di Marzio has reported about the situation of Chiellini, who recently played his last game for Italy in their 3-0 loss to Argentina in the Finalissima. The defender has agreed terms with LAFC and it happened after the game involving the Azzurri in London two days ago.

Only a signature on the contract is now missing, with the MLS club having also reached an agreement with Chiellini’s agent. The defender and his agent met LAFC general manager Will Kuntz in London after the game against Argentina and that is where the agreement was reached between the two parties.

Other MLS sides were also said to be interested in signing the defender and there was talk of him potentially moving into management after having played his last home game for Juventus against Lazio.
