Juventus following Bundesliga star Filip Kostić

Juventus are desperate to put an end to their woes down the wing, with Eintracht Frankfurt’s Filip Kostić emerging as a potential target for Bianconeri.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus have been keenly following the Serbian star Filip Kostić. The compatriot of Juve’s Dusan Vlahovic, Kostić concluded an awe-inspiring campaign in Germany, with his noteworthy performances leading Frankfurt to win their maiden Europa League title.

In Bundesliga, the Serb made 31 appearances for the Geman outlet, garnering four goals and nine assists in the league. When it comes to all competitions, his tally of contributing goals touches 22, which includes seven goals and 15 assists.

The 29-year-old’s contract at the German club expires in June 2023. Kostic would understandably like to play in the Champions League next season.

And it is suggested that he is available in the market for a fee of around €15million. But there is competition for the Europa League winner, with several reports claiming that Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing the player in the summer.

Following an underwhelming season from Alex Sandro at the left-back spot, Juventus are reportedly looking to sign a full-back and upgrade the respective berth. As per the report, they remain vigilant about Kostić.
