Juventus make contact for Manchester United’s Paul Pogba

Juventus have now made contact to sign Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba on a free transfer this summer.

La Gazzetta dello Sport claim today that Max Allegri ‘dreams’ of Juventus signing Pogba in the summer and the Bianconeri are now working to potentially agree a deal with Mino Raiola to bring the Frenchman back to Turin.

It is stated that the Old Lady are back in contact with Raiola, with Juve willing to offer €7.5 million per season to lure the player. It is stated that Juve will have to make some sacrifices and sales to bring the Frenchman back. And once they make some financial room, they will be able to offer €7.5 million per season to the player and it is Pogba’s contract situation which has triggered Juve’s move.

The problem, as of now, is his current wage at Man United as he earns €15 million per season at Old Trafford. That figure would be beyond Juve’s reach, as things stand, but they would guarantee him the same wage as Dusan Vlahovic.
