Juventus make contact for PSG man as Dybala replacement

Juventus have made contact for PSG’s Angel di Maria, as they look to replace Paulo Dybala.

Gianluca di Marzio has reported that Juve are already working to find a replacement for Dybala and while they want a young option, they see Di Maria as a potential candidate.

Juve ideally want a winger who can play a 4-3-3 shape and Di Maria is someone who can do that and contact has been made for the Argentine. The player wants a short contract at his next club before moving back to Argentina to finish his career.

The Nicolo Zaniolo option is on standby but another option is that of David Neres, who is now at Shakhtar Donetsk. The player could leave the club for a cheap fee because of a release clause in his deal.

The reasons for the Zaniolo chase being in standby is because he is now fitting into Jose Mourinho’s plans and because of the lofty price tag.
