Juventus in touch with Jorge Mendes in move for PSG’s Di Maria

Juventus are already in touch with Jorge Mendes regarding their move for Paris Saint-Germain’s Angel di Maria.

La Stampa have reported today that Di Maria is ‘more and more’ in the thoughts of Juventus for the summer, with the Bianconeri trying to bring about a revolution in their side. The report states that the fees to buy Alvaro Morata and Moise Kean permanently are considered too high by Juve.

But the club’s executives are already discussing with Mendes about a potential move for Di Maria, whose contract at PSG runs out in the summer. The Argentine wants a wage of €7 million per season to stay in Europe for another season but manager Max Allegri has asked the club to make an exception for the player. Gianluca di Marzio has previously reported about Juve’s interested in the star too.

The winger’s role at PSG has reduced this season, as the ex-Man Utd man has played only 24 times but has contributed to ten goals. It was previously reported that Juve will hold a meeting with Jorge Mendes soon.
