Juventus open to offering player in exchange for Roma’s Nicolo Zaniolo

The uncertainty over Nicolo Zaniolo’s future at Roma continues to be a reason for concern, with Juventus and Milan currently showing interest in the Italy international.

As reported by journalist Alfredo Pedullà, Roma director Tiago Pinto and Nicolo Zaniolo’s agent, Claudio Vigorelli, discussed the future of the 22-year-old over a meeting at a Mandarin restaurant in the centre of Milan on Thursday evening.

Juventus, who continue to wait for an answer from Angel Di Maria, have been identified as the first team to enquire about Zaniolo’s availability this summer. Their interest is followed by Milan, who are still evaluating their summer transfer budget.

Roma are willing to sell the creative playmaker for a transfer fee of around €50 million. And they have also confirmed that the deal could include various bonuses. Juventus could also include a player in a potential deal for Zaniolo.

The report anticipates that it could be one between Arthur and Weston McKennie. It is understood that Sassuolo’s Domenico Berardi remains an alternative transfer target for the Bianconeri this summer.
