Juventus star Paul Pogba fears missing the remainder of 2022

Paul Pogba’s fitness has spurred a sense of concern at Juventus, with the former Manchester United star risking missing the remainder of 2022.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport‘s correspondent Fabiana Della Valle, Juventus star Paul Pogba could return to his full fitness from a knee injury at the start of 2023.

During the training session in Los Angles, the French midfielder sustained a knock on his right knee. Although the initial signs were not as troubling, recent tests have confirmed that the 29-year-old picked up a meniscus injury on his right knee.

Having consulted with the doctors in the United States, the midfield maestro has decided against undergoing immediate surgery.

Parting ways with the Bianconeri squad, he has now returned to Italy and is considering alternative ways to avoid the sharp edges of scissors.

The report anticipates that Pogba could miss the upcoming World Cup for France and even the remainder of 2022. His absence will be a huge loss for France and the Italian club.

The player, along with consultants, is reportedly evaluating the quickest possible solution as he hopes to get back to action as soon as possible. But the shadow of sheer uncertainty continues to darken the situation.
