Premier League club Leeds United set to give up on Milan target Charles De Ketelaere

Milan have identified Charles De Ketelaere as one of their top attacking targets this summer, with them now closing in on a potential transfer.

According to journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, Premier League club Leeds United are close to giving up on the pursuit of Charles De Ketelaere.

Leeds United were closely monitoring the situation with the Belgian youngster but are now considering leaving the race as it seems the player is bound to join the Italian side this summer.

Milan seem determined to find an agreement with Club Brugge over the transfer fee for the summer move concerning De Ketelaere. And it is believed that they would like to close the deal within the next few days.

The 21-year-old, on the other hand, is trying to know what will be his potential role under Stefano Pioli before confirming his transfer to Milan.

The report also includes a tiny update on Milan’s pursuit of Chelsea’s Hakim Ziyech. The Morocco international has recently clarified via an Instagram post that he will be responsible for all decisions regarding his future.
