The agent of Lautaro Martinez has dropped a potential hint of a stay at Inter beyond this season despite links with Tottenham and Manchester United.
There have been suggestions in the Italian media that Inter would look to sell Martinez this summer in an attempt to reinvest in their whole squad. The Argentine has been linked with moves to Atletico Madrid and Tottenham.
Martinez’s agent Alejandro Camano spoke to FCInter1908 recently and said: “He renewed with Inter because he feels part of a very important project. And if it goes well for Inter, Lautaro is happy. The important thing is what you see on the pitch.”
The agent further stated: “The union between the players and that the fans Inter is happy. And next year the goal is to continue growing.”
Martinez had grabbed a brace yesterday in Inter’s 3-0 win over Milan in the Coppa Italia semi-final and in all competitions this season, he has scored 19 times while racking up three assists.
