Max Allegri feeling more and more isolated from Juventus players

Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri is feeling more and more isolate from the Bianconeri players, following the Champions League loss to Benfica.

Fabiana Della Valle has reported about the situation of Allegri at Juve, claiming that Allegri is not aware of the hashtags on social media that are trending against him, but he did pay heed to the whistles and boos of the fans after the defeat.

There is now a feeling that Allegri is more and more isolated from the Juventus players and the rest of the people at the club. There is a suggestion that he is a ‘lonely man’ in the dressing room now, having lost some influential dressing room figures over the summer.

The climate in the dressing room is now tense and the Allegri loyalists in the current dressing room have a lesser influence, as compared to the likes of Giorgio Chiellini, Andrea Barzagli and Gigi Buffon in the past. Allegri expected the new signings to have more of an influence – especially Angel di Maria, for whom Juve refused multiple options such as Nicolo Zaniolo and Domenico Berardi.
