Milan advance in loan move for Tottenham’s Japhet Tanganga

Milan are now making progressing in their move to sign Tottenham defender Japhet Tanganga.

Milan are looking to bolster their backline this summer, with Alessio Romagnoli having already departed on a free transfer to join Lazio. They need to replace the Italian and Tanganga has been linked with a move for the defender.

Antonio Vitiello has reported that the Rossoneri are now indeed advancing in their move for the versatile defender. And work is being done with the management at Spurs for a loan deal in the current summer transfer window.

This comes after it was previously reported that Tanganga had rejected an attempt from Premier League side Bournemouth some days ago, with the Cherries now looking to sign Manchester United’s Axel Tuanzebe now this summer.

Tanganga had made his first-team debut at Spurs under Jose Mourinho and while injuries have troubled him, he also featured under Antonio Conte at the club.
