Serie A league leaders Milan are expected to make new contact for Lille midfielder Renato Sanches soon.
Antonio Vitiello has reported about Milan’s interest in Sanches, reporting that the midfielder is the Rossoneri’s main target for the summer transfer window. An attempt to sign the player was made in January but a move didn’t materialise.
In the next few days, new contact is expected to be made for the player. Milan are trying to close the deal before the summer transfer window starts.
Sanches’ contract at Lille runs out in the summer of 2023 and he has been linked with a move to the Rossoneri for a while now.
The report also claims that talks with Jorge Mendes for the renewal of Rafael Leao are also progressing. He would renew his deal till the summer of 2026.
