Milan in advanced talks with French starlet amidst Tottenham and Man City interest

Milan have now intensified contacts to sign French youngster Mamadou Coulibaly, amidst interest from both Tottenham and Manchester City.

Daniele Longo has reported that Milan are now building for the future and they are keeping tabs on multiple younger players who are playing at the youth level. Coulibaly has been compared to Eduardo Camavinga and his contract at Monaco expires in the summer.

In recent weeks, contacts with the player’s entourage have intensified and there is a good chance that he ends up at the Rossoneri in the summer.

Maldini and Massara presented their ambitious project which provides for a gradual inclusion in training coached by Stefano Pioli. Coulibaly is very fascinated by the project and he knows that there are many French players in Milan who could help him integrate into a different environment.

Spurs and City have tried recently to beat competition from other clubs but the player is taking his time to make the final decision as to whether he wants to leave Monaco at an early age or not. He is expected to make a final call at the end of April.
