Milan set to talk to entourage of Chelsea’s Tiémoué Bakayoko for loan termination

Milan are now set to hold talks for the termination of Tiémoué Bakayoko’s two-year loan deal.

Bakayoko did feature for the Rossoneri in their Scudetto-winning season but his stock fell and Stefano Pioli used him only very limited number of times. This has prompted Milan to look at sending him back to Stamford Bridge.

Sky Italia claim that the two-year loan deal had an option to buy but it could turn into an obligation to buy if certain conditions were met. But the Frenchman has not convinced the Rossoneri, who will hold a meeting with the Blues midfielder’s entourage in the next few days to terminate the loan deal.

Renato Sanches’ arrival at San Siro will make sure that there will be no more room for another midfielder, with Yacine Adli also returning from his loan deal. The conditions for the obligation option to be triggered haven’t been met and the midfielder’s spell at San Siro is set to end.
