On the back of a stellar campaign in Ligue 1, the 22-year-old has emerged as a sensation ahead of the summer transfer market. Having scored 13 goals from 36 appearances in Ligue 1 this season, the Canadian has attracted new suitors, including the Rossoneri.
The report understands that David is seen as one of the most intriguing prospects for Stefano Pioli’s attack for the next season. The young striker has a contract at Lille until June 2025, making it a potential deal complex from the potential Scudetto winners’ point of view. But, as per the report, the club will do their best to land the marksman as he remains one of the transfer options for the club.Â
