Milan very close to Origi as player communicates decision to Liverpool

Milan are now very close to signing Liverpool striker Divock Origi for free in the summer.

Daniele Longo has reported that Origi has already agreed to sign a four-year deal with Milan and he has agreed to sign €4 million per season, despite having had approaches from England and Germany recently.

The negotiation between Origi’s agents and Milan is about to conclude and is at a very advanced stage. Final details are being filed out and they are also awaiting the go-ahead from Elliot.

Origi has already communicated his decision to Liverpool about the fact that he will not sign a new deal with them, with the current one expiring in the summer. It is stated that a phone call with Paolo Maldini was key, with the player now excited about joining the San Siro-based club.
